Default What about an A/V Comp.

My local camera club runs one every year and it is very popular so thinking with such a great interest in the comp on here now maybe we could run one...

The linked file wasn't one of my entries but is something I did for my a level a few years ago, but it is similar to what i was thinking of. Just your own photo's set to music using either pic2exe or proshow producer or similar..

Abandonment Show. (right click "save as")

    What does everyone think???

Says file not found? I like the idea but if its an exe that people need to run then alot of people at work won't be able to run it. We block our users at work from running exe's. Unless everyones entries are all called notepad.exe lol

Superb mate! It's a topic that I have interest in anyway but the music bonds so well with the content.

I have edited the link so it works, for some reason it put the DF addy in front on the real link.. Must be the lack of sleep that's hitting me already - Sorry..

I created it in Proshow producer Gold, I had already pre selected the piece of music before hand as I felt it went with the theme, then just edited the fades and show time to adjust.
The prog can out put to to AVI for non exe fans, but i had to do it in exe for my project as it was sitting on laptop for the moderator to for up to an hour before he looked at it.

I am toying with shooting another set of images not a theme but to the words of a song, just a 30-60 second snippet of the song. Have to chose my song carefully though..

turned out quite well just have to refine it a bit for the next one

    sounds a good idea wingnut
