It comes on 02 but i think 02 phones are all unlocked/unbranded but as said i haven't actually touched the phone its still well packed so someone may be able to confirm this. Its preloaded with the new spiderman too.....

no its not unlocked but it will take any o2 sim

Please check that the handset is unlocked/debranded vbefore you sell it as that. Not all o2 handsets are unlocked and debranded.
