Im setting up some sites in Joomla soon but will need someone to do some custom stuff that isnt available though the core system or via extensions. Does anyone know anyone who knows Joomla inside out who could help?

Ive looked on elance and similar but I only seem to get offshore suppliers, Im after someone english speaking or uk based.
