Kitten survives for a month sealed in crate

A kitten
A kitten has survived a month after being sealed in a crate and shipped thousands of miles.
The black and white female kitten survived a trip across the Pacific Ocean and North America.
She was found in one of the spoils of wire when the crate was opened once in arrived in the US from ingapore.
Cleveland Animal Protective League Executive Director Sharon Harvey said the mother cat and other kittens did not survive the trip.
The crate was sealed on February 4 and shipped three days later.
The approximately 12-week-old kitten has been checked by a vet and has responded well to being fed.
She will be kept in quarantine for about three weeks to make sure it doesn't pass any infectious disease to other animals.
