Can some one help me with my mobile sat nav

I've eventually managed to get a new Nokia N95 after my screen broke on my old one.

I was running a certain product of sat nav on it which I had stored on the storage card. I thought it was just a case of inserting the sd card and I would be up and running but that's too easy.

It telling me the following:

Can't unlock maps for G***** device with unit id blah blah, do you want to unlock now.

How do I go about this? Who's the best person to pm?

I'm locked out of vip until friday I think but I need to get it up and running asap for work.

Would of thought it needs the cert putting back in, do you not have the org files to reinstall it ?

I still have the software and files but I can't see org files. I might just have to start again.
