    Question Web devs...

Are there any bored web dev's on here that wouldn't mind doing me a new personal website? For free?!

I know it's a pi$$ take, but I would gladly pay in DF dollars!

I also know it would probably open up flood gates of people if someone does accept my request, but if you don't ask you don't get...

Or as seems to happen at home with the GF, if you ask, you do get. However what you get may not necessarily be what you want...

    TIA

Haha, no surprises from the lack of replies

You could do a template one yourself for free, although it looks generic there are nice templates out there.

Joomla or wordpress. Just as easy to setup your own site how you like it.

Thanks for the responses guys. I do already have a site, but I've had it for a good few years, and wanted a new one to bring it into the next gen. Reason I ask, is that it took me near on bloody ages to do the one I have and TBH I can't get going through it all again! I was hoping that some web dev type person could put one together for me. As for a pro it's a relatively easy task, but for me I would have to download some new software or templates and learn how it works etc'.

My sig has my site link, so anyone who wants to grab the content from there and have a bash I'll be very grateful.

Christ, what do you do for a living? Do you work for nothing?

Why do people who know nothing about web development assume that web development is a piece of piss? The fact that you found it a fucking ball ache should give you a good idea of what work is involved.

These kind of posts make my piss boil. it's no different than asking some cunt to fit a kitchen for nothing or service your motor. Just because it's a digital medium doesn't mean it's any less of a skill or task.
