    Funny Job Application

I thought it was about time to resurrect this old chestnut for our newer members after finding it again while reinstalling a pc at work.

I got this lovely letter sent after advertising a job for a motor vehicle paint sprayer in the local paper.

    Spoiler:

    And back

    Spoiler:

I thought it mean not to send the bloke an application as he sounded promising, here is the result.

at least most of his spelling is correct, better than most, even on here. Sorry, but I agree with PSX I know fuckwits cannae really work with 'proper' people, but just because someone can't write properly, has bad grammar and doesn't spell every single word proper (intentional, before you start) does not mean he can't spray a car better than the rest.
I am not saying that getting someone to help you with a CV when you're writing skills are terrible is bad, .don't get me wrong.

To be honest, I reckon the letter was a wind up in the first place if you look at it.

check some of these peeps out that have dyslexia and look at what they have acheived, i know the chap that was applying for the job may not of had dyslexia but taking the piss out of someone for trying to get on in this world imo is wrong, most of us dream to get where the peeps below have got to in life, thats my two penneth anyway.

My mate is dyslexic and he never thought he would be able to get a decent job because of it now he is on £10,000+ a year more than me, writing / literacy skills mean fuck all so long as you are willing to go out and sell yourself etc.

pfft i'd have never hired someone with such a lack of attention to detail. In any job this is important, as is effort and I saw neither of these in that form.

therefore, it's just funny. although that point seems to have been lost in this thread already...

I agree the thread has got lost a little.
The guy didn't get a job because he has no experience in our field of work whatsoever after replying to a job clearly marked 'Experienced'.
Digging graves and gardening are not signs of someone with the experience to spray hundreds of pounds worth of materials onto tens of thousands of pounds worth of cars a day and do a good job of it imo.

I give shit nor reason whether our staff can spell, read, write or are dyslexic providing they turn out top quality work reliably, I've employed a broad spectrum of people from poles to the disabled and the majority of our present staff are uneducated, exactly like myself.

Its not the take the piss factor why I posted the scans, it's more of a 'how the fcuk did he expect to get a job doing that' sort of thing.

They may be a joke I don't know, but I didn't have part of it if it was.
