Bradford and Bingley?

Hi Guys,

anyone got an opinion of investing in Bradford and Bingley? Im thinking about put a few hundred in. I think they have been hit quite bad with the credit crisis, but not bad enough to shut down. Also, they are a very likely target to be taken over - my guess is the next few months. Since im still learning the trade, anyone got any advice on this?

Are they still a building society? or a Bank now?

The value of your investment can go down as well as up , dont put in what you can 't afford to loose.

I had 250 free shares off them when I had my Mortgage with B&B. Over the 5 or so years I kept hold of them the price hardly fluctuated at all. I sold them 12 months ago ish for a higher price than the current one (but not much).

If you're saying putting the money into their stock I wouldn't touch it but if you're saying into an account -eh, won't do any harm.
