I'll give a mention to two not yet featured, Levon Helm and Mo Tucker.
Helm's percussion skills have a huge influence on all musical projects he is involved with, he adds a real vibe to proceedings.
Mo Tucker's style of percussion pretty much defines the sound of the early Velvet Underground, which in turn is reported to have influenced a huge number of other bands.
