Can you help me with a program?

I am looking for a pop up program.......my mate at work is having all these pop ups coming up but cant get rid of them and its winding him up. I can remember years ago i was send a small program where u used to get these pop ups come up and every time u clicked ok it just moved away to another part of the screen.... or another 1 the mouse used to go all weird, If you have anything like that please can u post it on here,

no i mean i want to get one onto his computer to wind him up ...not a virus or anything like that just a bit of fun!

if you want a bit of fun with him and have access to his pc then ..

1 take a screen shot of his desktop, paste into paint and save..
2 use the saved screenshot as his wallpaper
3 turn off his icons..
4 watch as he gets frustrated as hell........

oh but make sure you did it right as i messaged the complete domain once and every logged in employee of the company received it

using vista right now but if my memory serves me right its;

Right-click on the desktop, "Arrange Icons By" in the sub-menu, uncheck "Show Desktop Icons"

www.portsnap.com is the annoying site with the Rick Astley tune on it.

To make it more fun you send to him when the name of the site sounds like it maybe relevant to something like if he has just been having trouble with a computer network or something.

Also is fun if you hide the site name by making a html or bbcode link.

I remember years ago convicing some people that our teams PC's had been upgraded just by pasting the new O/S as our wallpaper.

I've persuaded people on 1st/2nd year bsc computing I upgraded my phone to xp just by changing the wallpaper.
