    Default Peugeot partner 2000

    Hi all,

I am currently struggling to read the hc05h12 (0H57A) in this dash. I have tried with UPA serial (from elrasoft) and motocracker home made interface (pcb bought from keyscoob). I have tried reading it in circuit as per both sets of hookups below.

I have also tried reading it off the board as per the hookups below but no joy either. I have also tried both on and off the board reading giving it a 9.7 volts via a 10v linear voltage regulator and a 4k7 resistor.

    Any suggestions from anyone?

    PB0 to TxD cut track
    PB1 to RxD cut track
    Reset to RTS
    PB2 to Vdd (+5V)
    PB3 to Vdd (+5V)
    IRQ/Vpp to +12V through a 10K resistor > cut track
    Vss to GND

    2 pin - reset line
    7 pin - GND
10 pin - Vcc +5v (you have it when put dash ignition)
43 pin Rx line (must be pull-up from dash because is on ground) IMPORTANT!!!
44 pin - Tx line (must be connect with 10k resistor to Vcc) IMPORTANT!!!
45 pin - connect to Vcc
46 pin - connect to Vcc (must be pull-up from dash)
51 pin - IRQ (remove one side of resistor 10k and connect it with 12V)

Thanks for the help. My problem was that it is fitted with 4.19mhz xtal so I was selecting 4.19mhz in upa software. when I selected 4mhz (without changing xtal) it read OK.
