EUROVOX MAX PROBLEM

Anyone have any experience with eurovox max boxes.Sorted my dbox fine with the ss enigma image but a friend asked me to have a go on his eurovox so from the bigmaq toolbar i downloaded the eurvox max red unified flash updater exe and everything seemed to flash ok but now when I go to scan for channels it says no transponders to scan?
Any ideas

was it correct flash for that box? is it a red? i have done a couple for first time last few weeks all diff but looked same (cant do d-boxs for shit lol) and have you done a power scan?
