Bad News Re: New Feedback Rules - Good thing in my opinion.

but as usual the honest/genuine people like me could be held over a barrel by unscrupulous buyers!

I think its discusting after people building their feedback up over years and now can receive bad feedback from tossers who have nothing better to do with lives. For instance I just sold some used quad house phones, he emailed me yesterday saying he received straight away but didnt come with any rechargeable batteries, so emailed him back as I didnt state in auction they were included and today he left me neg feedback and nothing I can do about it just because he couldnt read the auction properly and cant get it removed no more either. Cant believe it...........

because not all buyers have any integrity and use the feedback system to try to lever a refund-don't forget it's the sellers who are keeping ebay running and not the buyers so the seller should at the very least have equal rights in the event of the deal going tits up--i've been selling on ebay for over 5 years but i'll never ever sell another thing on there now!

So after reading this does this mean i can neg a sellar without repercussions of losing my 100% feedback????

Because i've just been messed about past few days and now discover even though i paid through paypal they sent the item to wrong address........

And they saying because the people at that address weren't in it'll get sent back to sender and they gonna charge even more fees for delivery back to them.

Needless to say i'm pissed off and the seller will get neg feedback and they can shove the item up there ass and i will be filing a dispute with paypal for the full amount back.
