Deffo no pain no gain, i've been in agony last week or so - as im upping the weights and cardio has been increased.
I've got pics, nothing super amazing showing but im starting to feel the effects or my work. Will only post once im happy with the outcome, were a long way of yet.
Im deffinately getting stronger/fitter as the amount of things i can do before fatigue, press ups for instance is increasing rapidly.
im the opposite to you from your posts.. i want to put weight on.. i have to eat shed loads to do this.. i lose it easy..

Yeah i saw it mate.. but i dont want to put fat on ... eat healthy and you can stop it from being fat and muscle instead
if you want to bulk up you need to include fat in the diet. typically 30%fat, 30%protein, 20%carbs
What you want to avoid is bad fats, anything that goes hard when cold (butter etc) is a good indicator. Good fats are olive oil, etc.
Work out your calorific requirements, BMI calcs arent perfect but are a good start. Adjust the intake based on activity frequency and type and then tailor your diet accordingly. Of course excess calories will be stored as body lard, irrespective of what food type they came from.
