Online insurance db?

ive done a search for car database, insurance, insured, etc but cant find the thread. im guessing its is still on the forum, does the search facility only show 'recentish' posts?

the one im looking for is the one where you type in a reg and it theoretically tells you if 'your' car is insured.

Anyway can anyone help me find it again please?
