gotta say ive not had the same experience, if im honest ive had better service from them than any other isp ive ever been with, ive only called twice once to check it was available and once to place the order and both times i spoke to some french lass (which i really didnt mind -im my head she looked like nicole from the renult ads although she was probably like mandy dingle)

if i were you id give them another go, maybe not right now but in a months time as i think theyre behind on the actual exchange activations (i could be wrong though)

Same here, i won't buy anything from a company that uses off shore call centers. Our helpdesk off shore is bad enough!

o2 (same network) 16mb, no caps. £10 a month (because I own an o2 phone).

ive only ever had 2 problems with be, both times i got through to a dutch call centre.
both people i dealt with were extremely helpfull and went out of there way to help
solve the problem.
yeah ok there english wasnt great but they helped me.

be broadband rock cheap as chips and no caps.

I can get it, but when i called them they said they could only say I would get 1mb, I was getting 5-6mb until i went onto nildrams Llu in the exchange, you guyz reckon I will get faster speeds of Be than they say, someone sadi they are probably playing safe
