What weight are you lifting BigLarry? Also are you upping thr weight every set, etc...?

What was your starting weight, out of interest?

Do you separate your egg yolks?

And do you do a warm up set for each exercise which you don't include?

No, I eat the whole egg (not the shell though).

I do about 5 minutes stretching before I start but I don't do any "sets" on a lighter weight or anything.

I roughly follow a Bill Starr strongman routine (although in fairness didn't today!!).

It's a fantastic system for gradually building up your PB on weights, there's a big spreadsheet for calculating it all on the net I can dig out if you lilke. It's basically increasing your loads each session in small increments (there's a little more to it than that in fairness but that's the gist).

I'm not sure what my starting weight was, perhaps 14.5 - 15 stone or so, I'm looking to get to 16 stone as a primary goal.

I'm on holiday in 10 days time, so I'm being a big girl and perhaps looking to cut back some of the lard I've accrued over the last 6 months.

My lifts tbh arn't impressive, considering where I cam from I think I'm doing pretty well.

About 2 years ago i probably benched (on the bad) about 40kg and thought that was tough. On a good day with a decent headwind I can do 3x5 at 95Kg on the flat bench. For dumbells I'll do 3x8 with 34Kg dumbells and perhaps 38Kg dumbells with a spotter helping a bit.

I'll military press 60Kg seated with a bar, and 24KGs dumbells if I'm using them.

I can deadlift about 100Kg, my squats are pretty pathetic though and I'm concentrating on putting that right after my hols.

Not fantastic, but I'm only nearly two years into training..

I'm not on any multi-vits, mainly cos I've run out. But yes, I will be having some extra vitamins to supplement this.
