Ok here goes this was me 2 days ago....

start date 7/6/08 ( I will be having 1 day off on the 13th as I am at a Christening and no getting out off beffet food and beer)
My routine last 3 days, aim is for 5 times a week
6am 25min run down the canal with the dog
8am cuppa and a bowl of fruit clusters
12.30 pm small ham or chicken butty on wholemeal and a banana
5pm 35 min run on the back parks with the dog
6pm healthy/light tea
Been drinking as much water as possible through the day to flush me out ( wish my office was closer to the bogs) cut out 99% snacks and all alcohol through the week
I am shattered but strangely feeling a lot better in myself for the exercise, and my legs are aching! I am going to get some protein mix for inbetween training. Just need something to kill the hunger pangs
