    Day 1

    8am - Breakfast - 3 egg white omelette, a whole sliced tomatoe, a banana.

10.45 am - Snack - A large handful of grapes

12.15pm - Lunch - 2 Ryvita's topped with a whole avacado blended with half a clove of garlic and a tin of tuna - pic to follow!

    5.00 - 6.45 - Training

25 Mins Excercise bike, starting at level 8, an upping the level until level 14
10 Mins x-trainer, alternating every 2 minutes backwards and forwards - level 10

    3x12 Bicep curl @ 25KGs
    3x12 Pulldown @ 35KGs
    3x12 Tricep Press @ 45,55 &65 KGs

    2x25 crunches with swiss ball
2x12 "jerks" with a 9kg medicine ball (for this I lift the medicine ball straight over my head, and throw it down with all my force without releasing it - the trick is to stop it moving before it hits your bollocks )

    Protein shake after workout

7.00pm - Dinner - Fried chicken breast with a shitload of mixed veg

Thoughts - Training was harder than usual, my arms are aching like mad. Diet has been good I think, although did use olive oil (only a small amount) to fry the chicken breast. Rock on tomorrow

Olive oil is fine, a table spoon a day I recommend

Lunch - 2 Ryvita's topped with a whole avacado blended with half a clove of garlic and a tin of tuna sounds very interesting!

    Nice work Ganty.

Does your mum know you're taking topless pics of yourself in her bedroom though?

    Thanks to cyprus

Good work mate. Need to have a trim up of that chest hair though pal. You will be surprised at how much better definition you will have without it.

Well done and keep up the good work.

    Thanks to Roach-Rampino

Fuck me, good job I read the whole thread as I was about to proclaim you slimmer of the year.

Instead you can be the DF Slimmer of the last 4 years.

Either way great work mate, what a change in those 2 pictures, you must feel so much better in yourself - congrats!

    Thanks to rIKmAN

Lol, slow and steady wins the race! It's only been the last 6 months or so I've started to take it a bit more seriously. Really looking forward to hitting it hard and seeing more results.

Ok, so a fairly difficult week due to christmas and new year, but ive been sensible on the intake side of things, however a bit behind on the excercise. Did manage a couple of runs, plenty of crunches and pressups though, so not too shabby. The plan will begin in ernest after the weekend, and I'm rather looking forward to it.

Lol, really is just a case of getting on with it. I just tell myself the facts. It wont take long. I'll get results. I'll feel fucking awesome afterwards. I also love listening to new music so this gives me ideal oppurtunity to do so.
