go to the dell website, go to the support section and type in the laptops service tag. This will give you all the drivers needed for that specific laptop.
What model of system is it? will see if i have a list of all the drivers for that system .
As already said it will be on Dell's website.
On the back of the PC / Laptop there will be a service tag code.
Enter this on Dell's website and you will be able to download any drivers for that system.
There maybe more than one ethernet driver available so download them all.
Dell really do make it easy, so there should be no monkey business.
