    Default malo Progress Journal

Well, decided to bite the bullet and start training again after 15 years.

A kind lady parked her Sierra on my AR125, while I was on it, and I buggered my back and neck. Used it as an excuse for years, but really need to start up again.

    Any advice really appreciated.

FIrst thing I would look at is your diet mate, obviously get that to a decent standard first, then look at basic cardio excercise for some weeks.
