Well Ive been wanting to do a six week type challenge since we started this whole thing. Ive been away to Barcelona for a few days and thought it would be best to start once i got back.
My goal is to bulk up a little and become more defined. I also want to be eating healthier and become fitter. Therefore I plan to eat more, do weights and also do some Cardio Vascular work.
So my Training plan started today 28/07
heres what I did -

Breakfast this morning was pretty difficult, took me a while to get it all down me. First time i had peanut butter and it was horrid!! so I am going to have to change my plan on the breakfast for tomorrow.
What i did in the gym -
Arms
Barbell Bicep curl
1 set - 15 reps - 20kg
Tricep Push Down
1 set - 15 reps - 9kg
Chest
Barbell Flat bench press
1 set - 12 reps - 20kg
Pec Deck Machine Fly
1 set - 15 reps - 50kg
Shoulders
Machine shoulder press
1 set - 15 reps -30kg
Cable upright row
1 set - 15 reps - 8kg
Pec machine thingy
Basically its a machine to work on your pecs - you stand up on the machine and lift your knees to your chest - 20 of those and then swing your legs to your chest 20 of those. if anyone knows what this machine is called then let me know

Legs
Legs Press
1 set - 15 reps -200kg
Leg Curl
1 set - 15 reps -62.5kg
So basically Ive worked on most parts of my body. I'm not sure if this is the best thing to do, but I've not done any weights work for a few months so thought this would have been best
