    1TB 7200 RPM 16MB Cache USB 2.0 with an internal sata drive

    Just checked and these are going for $139 in the US... wtf

    I had some issues with the 500GB version - Pc wouldn't boot with it plugged in. (probably a BIOS conflict)
    Took it back in the end cos it pissed me off.
    Replaced it with a freecom in the end.

    Ive got mine here, formatted NTFS got 931GB disc space

    works fine, nice and fast, im only using it as a data store for my HD Vobs for my ps3 so this is fine

    fuckin bargain if you ask me

    if you do go for the mybookworld bare in mind its not going to let you share video files or mp3's over the internet even if you password protect and sign in with the right user and pass, western digital seem to think that they know whats best for you also ive already got the 1tb my book world and transfers to and from it (even though im using a gigabit nic and gigabit cable) are as slow as the speed of smell

    Had the same thing here mate, for some reason when your computer first detects the drive it sets to boot from it, went into bios changed it to last in the hdd boot order and all was well
