Vista.

My new toshiba laptop came with Vista on it and i was looking forward to having a mess but it got to a point where i avoided using the laptop because i found Vista so anoying, The simplest of tasks seemed to take me round the houses...
Maybe it's just me not being patient enough to learn a new os ...

Anywayz i've formated the HDD and put xp on it, maybe i will give it another go but not in the near future.

Was it Vista SP1? Or just Vista with no service packs? SP1 makes it better mate.

More stable/reliable, etc.

On the recovery disk it says "Windows Vista Home Premium 32 bit" so a guessing its not got SP1....

Thanks for the heads up Herman, Maybe i will give it another go sometime but to be honest from what i have seen of vista theirs nothing it has to offer me yet that i can't get from XP...

Watch i will be eatin my words now i've said that, there will be something i need that only runs on Vista
