Left side of face is so sore..... wisdom tooth ??

As many of you may be aware, i suffer a lot with oral ulcers.
Have been to the doctors but got told 'its just one of those things'
After a lot of complaining, he said to cut out certain foods(cheese, strawberries, etc, and go back after a month, 2 weeks after being told this, i get another ulcer.
Because i have a wisdom tooth at the top, it is digging into my cheek, which the ulcer is there, making it impossible to eat and speak.
Have got Adcortyl in Orabase , along with Bonjela and some TCP, and salty water. However being in such a place it is hard to reach with both bonjela and adcortyl, meaning only salty water and tcp only helps for a little while.
The pain gets worse as the day goes on too...
Have also got pain in the lowr gum too, which i think another wisdom tooth is coming through, feeling it with my tounge makes me think it is a little swollen too...
Along with all this, i am also getting bad headaches, and feel my neck is so sore, with slight swollen glands
The day before i went to the doctors i had a lump in my neck, which went away the next day, so the doctor said it would be fine...

Does anyone thnk this is all down to the wisdom tooth at the top, or another one coming through? Or something else.??

I am not currently registered with a dentist, but i phoned today to become, and they said they would phone back, which will mean probably by that time, i will have got rid of all this...
I have had this since last Sunday, and it just seems to be getting worse...

You need to see a dentist mate ASAP.
It's possible you have an abcess, so nothing short of antibiotics will do the job.
The fact that the tooth is pushing on your cheek must be really painful
I'd be very tempted to go back to your doctor and play your face for a referral, or at the very least some painkillers/antibiotics to hold you over until you can get into a dentist

If you want something for the pain my old man swears by it( and i have to say I have tried it).

Soluble asprin in Hot/verywarm water and sip it (bathing the area which hurts)

Your doing good by swilling your mouth out with salt water - I know because I'm going through the very same thing at the moment. Went to the dentist 2 weeks ago, they said they'd refer me to the hospital on an "emergency" basis - haven't heard anything since.

Also, the best painkillers I've found are cheap ones - the co-op do an extra strength variety, in a red box, which contains aspirin, paracetamol and caffeine. Nothing else has eased the pain like these, so give 'em a shot.

Are you also getting earache?

Does your area not have an emergency walking in centre dentist?

My painkiller trick is 2x paracetamol and 2x Ibruprofen as they are different types of pain killers.

I have the exact same problem at the moment.

Top of mouth at the very back right the tooth (Wisdom tooth?) is pushing against an ulscer on my cheek! It is agony.

Not been to a dentist since I was 15 and I'm now 23... I'm a big girls blouse if I'm honest and shit scared to ever go again.

Edit - Just got my girl to check - Said the tooth is at an awkward angle... I'm considering going to the dental hospital and see about getting it done there (Cheaper?).

Go to A+E at your local hospital and tell them the pain is that bad you have nearly passed out a few times and that you keep being sick. Really play it up my bro did and within 2 days he had them out and was miles better just a bit sore for a few days. Also for the pain bit of warm water and mix loads of bonjela into it and swish it around your mouth, helps to reach hard to get places.
