If he got out and walked away from that 'as is'... he was very,very lucky but from my experience in my younger days as a recovery driver on call with the emergency services, a lot of the carnage I seen was caused by the fire brigade cutting open motors so the medics could get at people safely.

Anyone make out where the plates are from?

Dont know if it still happens, but when I used to head over to Poland in the early 90's people were taking fucked up (crashed) new cars over to Poland from Germany. They would then make a new car out of the old one in a true cut & chop job. I know it happens over here too illegally - but at the time over there it wasn't illegal. Would love to know if it still happens or not. Was quite a sight driving past all these trailers at the boarder and there being about 5 miles worth of people waiting to get across to Poland, most of which was cars to be chopped!

At least the tree is okay...

Hope some of the Audi drivers round my way realise now that their cars aren't as tough as they think, and that maybe they should stop driving like dicks.
