Bought Item not received

Hi guys as you probably know I have been looking for Breamy.

I agreed to buy his Rockband off of him for the 360 agreed price etc and got him the money transfered last week via BT. Since then I have not heard from him at all and no sign of the item as yet which was being sent Monday via DHL.
I am now starting to show a little concern over the sale as I stated I have not heard from him at all and am not sure what to do. I am aware he has started a new job but surely 2 secs for a PM isnt alot to ask.

Anyways I'm sure all will come good in the end but just wanted everyone else's opinon

i havnt been on much due to starting a new job, ive worked nights for the past 4 days and not long since actually arrived home, it involves cold storage so as youd imagine its cold

rockband will be sent in the next day or 2 as, as of lately ive not had much time to go on the computer as sleep is of the essense

tbh, if someone has paid for an item, it is essentially their property.

Regardless of circumstances, I think that the item being sent should be a priority.

Sorry to sound arsey, but this is something that really narks me off on ebay. If there's no time to send the item, then it shouldn't be listed in the first place.

Got to agree with Flumps. Piss poor way to carry out a transaction Breamy. You could have packed it up and got your mum/sister/auntie/any fcuker really to take it to the post office with a bit of coercion.

Breamy was really good when i swapped phones with him so he's not all bad normally. Working nights isn't an excuse though you lazy cnut lol I loved nights because I would get up at 1 or two and it felt like I had an afternoon off.

Mate if I was you i'd get his number from someone if they have it and ring his house at night and speak to his mum and dad. I think he's only 18 and i'm sure that if you speak to them when he's not there they'll be shocked at him and will make him sort it out or refund you?
