Evening Folks,
I am in .ie and have just had sky hd installed. All working perfick but looking through this forum it would appear there are other types of boxes and dishes worth looking into? can anyone give me a basic pointer on some cool stuff I might have a crack at as I quite fancy a wee project to keep me busy!

i you want a new hobby look for a motorised setup.

you cant beat a motorised dish gives you so many options.

technomates are the easiest satellite recievers to set up and use but have limits to what you can do with them since they arent linux based, where as the likes of a dreambox or TM9100 or similiar have a lot more possibilties
