Ok, cracked a rib last week playing ice hockey at hull, been resting it all week as luckily I'm on holiday this week. Now the thing is i have a game on Sunday and i really want to play.
If i play with a cracked rib what's the worst damage i can d? I can move freely about, just hurts when i sneeze etc. I have protected padding around my chest when playing is there anything else i can do to maximize the protection when playing?
It seems like it is getting miles better from last Saturday. Just need to know what I'm in for at the worst if anything bad happens. Could i severely damage any internal organs etc..
If i was in mega pain i wouldn't even think about playing, but i'm not and i'm not restricted in the movement area.
Any thoughts
