    Question Harassment calls?

    Hi all,

This company Eos-solutions are trying to say my mother owes them 30 quid from a previous catalogue when in fact my mother doesn't owe ANYONE money. She pays on time all the time and never ever misses payments and this company persists in saying that she owes them money. BUT the best thing of all, the company CANNOT provide the name of the people who she owes money to for Data Protection reasons, so how is she supposed to know who she owes if they can't even tell her.

Anyway the fact is shes away on holiday and this jumped up little c0ck tried to give me all this cock and bull so i advised him to not call this phone again. He turned around and says that he will continue to call us up to 3 times a day as that is not harrassment.

What can we do to stop them from calling? I know the companies number range, they have 2. I was wondering if BT would do this or it would be sky as I have BT for my line rental and sky for my calls.

Can anyone give me some help?

    Tam.

As far as i'm aware i think you have to send them a cease and desist letter and then they legally have to stop calling you

Can I call bar on BT with number ranges on a PSTN or can I only do this on trunk numbers?
