What theme you got running on you iPhone ?

I currently have a summer type theme on mine , but unsure whether it looks better with the addition of the Stella icon for making a call or not. What you think?

Btw to get an screen capture of your iPhone , just hold the iPhone "Home" button and whilst keeping pressed just tap the "Sleep/Power" button. Screen will flash and the image will be stored in folder

/private/var/mobile/Media/DCIM/999APPLE

You can either access them via WinSCP or just plug iPhone into your USB on PC/Laptop and get them that way

cant seem to apply the wallpaper on my 3g. Get the lock screen to work but get a error coping files when i try to apply the wallpaper.

Any ideas why?

Still get the error but if i apply the lock screen wallpaper it put the same on the screen wallpaper.

If you go into winterboard and tick the option for ""User Wallpaper" it will use the wallpaper you choose in the normal settings arera of your iPhone (ie settings/wallpaper) , but if you untick "User Wallpaper" in winterboard it will use the one that is installed with whatever theme you are using.

Winterboard is very powerfull but is just in its infancy with many more features realeased in the near future

If that doesnt work for you ...

SSH into your iPhone with your normal programme that you use. (I now use FileZilla Portable , cos WinSCP was giving me probs with not being able to change file/folder permissions)

Navigate to /private/var/mobile/library and delete the file named "LockBackground.jpg". Delete the file.

Then goto Settings>General>Wallpaper and select your desired wallpaper.

before i updated the iphone i had one that was like the cover to vista ultimate (black with green blue and white sweepy lines) is there any thats like that now cos most of the ones that im looking at at the moment arent very ...grown up if you know what i mean,

also is there anyway to have theme and not change the icons like you could with summer board? not cos theres anything wrong with the custom icons i just prefer the normal ones

in the end ive decided to make my own if anyone else wants a copy pm me and i can email it over or you can go to http://iphonethememaker.com and do your own and then just ssh it over (they do give a link that you can add to installer to make it easier but its not working for me)
