iPhone Video Recorder for 3G (2.0 iPhone) released

1) Download and extract the app from http://www.iphonevideorecorder.com/videorecorder3g.app.zip
2) Upload your "videorecorder3g.app" folder to the /Applications folder of iPhone.
3) Set the permissions of the app to 755 recursively.
4) Create a folder called “Documents” in /var/mobile/ and set permission to 777. (if not already created)
5) Create a folder called “Documents” in the /Applications folder and set permissions to 777. (if not already created)
6) Reboot your Device.

p.s. This is a TRIAL version , but its a start. Wont be long till a "cracked" version comes along

Has its limitations being trial version and a bit costly to get registered version and I also found the captures were a bit stuttering :/

*UPDATE*

A much better alternative is available and its called 'Cycorder' (available on Cydia). I recommend you give that a try as its alot better than IVR
