Anyone had one / anyone had one removed? What is involved with getting rid of it / is it worth it / will it do me any harm????

get it cut out. I had one on my neck. Kept the little bugger in a jar for 6 months until the wife chucked it out.

Squeeze it out out and sell the goo on t'bay. But leave like, 5% still in there so it continues to come back and you can get a proper monthly revenue coming in via the bay.

If it's not doing any harm, leave it be mate.

If you can it cut out via local anaesthetic, then do so if you want - though you may find that the NHS won't do it for cosmetic reasons, only practical reasons.

And regarding posts above....you might find that cysts/lipomas don't necessarily contain 'goo'...they don't work like that
