What does this mean?

As i just had an error, with this, and my internet cut out, and came up with the message
The firewall blocked traffic from 87.106.134.136 which, when i do a search it comes up with

IP: 87.106.134.136
Host: s105883597.websitehome.co.uk
Country :Germany


What does it mean and why did it do this, as it never usually does this ???
