I just wondered how long you've been playing on Xboxlive. Mine lasted only a few months probably due to the fact that I only had the first firmware on it !

Mmmm only ever been banned when I got that dodgy COD4 downloaded - I sorted a shitload of people out with 360's and that is the only time been banned.

keep up to date with firmware etc and should be sorted, if not doesn't matter is the risk you take

After my first one got banned, this ones been modded just over a year now. I've kept it updated obviously.


Edit : COD4 was never dodgy, infact it was a true 1:1 copy of the game.
Its the other DMI and PFI files that caused the fuck ups

yeah but a load of people got done for that first cod4 release / getting too relaxed I guess and not checking is what got me

i have the new drive in my 360 im gonna wait till after the big games come out and the new dash,
then hopefull find som1 that will sort mine out
