      Default Replace dvd drive in xbox 360?

      I have a quick question...
      Can I get an xbox 360 with a broken dvd drive and just take another drive out of a broken console and put it in? or does the specific drive relate to the console it was first installed?

      no you need to extract the dvd key from the original drive, and flash it to the new one in order to do what you ask.
