i would of thought this was a simple, you d/l games really early, its got a good chance of being a dodgy copy, who knows with maybe dodgy code in it. thats the risks you all take. Who knows maybe its the devs that are releasing these to catch out players ready for a ban. What im saying is u makes you choice you takes the risk........simple

simple that is not gonna happen in the real world. releasing there game to prirates does not solve the problem , when its a big game. fallout is a game that once you finished it your not gonna buy a new copy. they would definally loose sales.

saints row 2 becoming available 2 weeks before launch, now two massive new games have "review" copies out weeks in advance? Remember the bans just before xmas a year or two ago? One way for M$ to outsell the competition is to ban lots of consoles and get people buying new ones to boost seasonal sales... I ain't touching any of these fuckers!
