Free Web authoring software

Hi,

Does anyone know of a good free web authoring software? It's for a friend to use at his youth club with the kids.

I think it would be a bit risky for me to give him Adobe Dreamweaver or Microsoft Web Expression 2007...

Just wondering if anyone knows a free one he could use.

lol, yes I've already mentioned that to him but seeing as the kids that are doing this do not know HTML coding it will be a bit difficult...

He needs something that is easy to use like Dreamweaver....
