    Default Firefox, force full screen...

    All,

I have a lazy cunt at work who is always reading on the web in a minimised browser rather than working.
I have told him time and time again, but he does it when my back is turned.

Other than sacking the useless little cunt, I want to start playing mind games with him. I would like a hack for Firefox that forces it into either full size mode or a fixed size with no option to shrink it in anyway.

Any ideas? As I look over my shoulder no he is currently at it again! What a fucktard. I would sack him, but the company might actually go under in the next few weeks so it's not worth it right now. If we survive, I have already made plans for him to be gone.

I would love to, but we need the web browser to run some of our applications, plus we need a web connection on all machines so we can access external files

Is he on the same websites all the time, because you could change his host file to make certain ip's or sites unavailable, or redirect them

Can't you install a VLC program and then just remote into his machine when his playing silly buggers and fuck about a bit? I've done this with the works computers, I take my laptop in and can now flop onto the two machines that are open access for everyone. Mainly to stop the torrents they always load that rince all the bandwidth. I use a small app called "funk proxy" I can simply view the console, take full control, lock them out. All the stuff you need.

Just introduce a "computer use at work" act, ,make it clear that accessing any unauthorised websites during work hours will result in instant dismissal and have everybody sign it.

Also go through the logs of what sites he has been accessing and ban every single one of them.

Maybe any recent interviews he went for (possibly) did not go well..... Bugger!

does your router have an option to block certain words from urls? If so just chuck in arsenal and that probably will lock him out of many of his sites.
