MS Access db help needed

I have a database that i use and i want to be able to press a botton on a form and an email be created with information from that form.

I have looked at various sites that provide code that allow you to supposedly do this but i cant get it to work... so im after a bit of help

can anyone offer some wisdom on how to do it ?

I've not really used access but this site has some vb code that says it should do the trick:
