Various sites are reporting that Microsoft's customer service team is bracing itself for a barrage of RRoD calls resulting from the launch of the New Xbox Experience on November 19. The story originates from a blog who quote a "trusted source" who works as a customer service rep for Microsoft. The rep also states that the update on November 19th is a slick move by Microsoft as it is just a couple of days after the extended warranty period for launch Xbox 360's. "The owners of these units are headed for some pretty tense times in the weeks to come," said the customer service rep.
