Where can i get this program from?
afaik, all SA release firmwares used in the UK have had debug features disabled so the only way to load firmwares is via an over-the-air cable download or via jtag.
The SASect tool is a development tool that is basically used to segment firmwares into a format suitable for usage in a TS stream. It cannot be used to generate or sign modified firmwares.
