Can you stream live sports etc to xbox 360?

I was wondering can you stream live sports e.g. football on saturdays through justin.tv to your xbox 360 using the media sharing settings, i've seen that you can link to podcasts etc on tversity but have tried a few streams to no avail, although you can get youtube videos and a few other sites videos on it.
Obviously i have googled this and have found no results.
Can anyone clarify if this can be done, or send me in the right direction?

I`ve never managed to get youtube streams to work at all though it can stream xvids etc perfectly from my pc upstairs (and yes Im using tversity)

yes it streams xvids from already existing files on your pc, but I think the question asked was can you stream an already streaming feed? To which i'm pretty sure the answer is no. (although i'm no expert in these matters )

Ive had youtube vids streaming using tversity so it can be done, however i dont really know how i managed it, followed a guide somewhere, think VLC was involved, i was trying to get sopcast streams working but it wasnt for them, would always stick on buffering.

for some reason though my pc doesnt like tversity and i had to completly reinstall tversity every time i turned the pc on, got fed up with that so just deleted it.
