    Hi all,

    I bought 3 items from sale 3 for 2 offer and I already had a discount (from the net) for 30 quid off a 60 spend so my total (and stated in the email) was 24.84. I checked my online banking and they have indeed charged me 54.84...I called them up and queried this and says I'd like my 30 quid back or I will have to return the goods to you. My question is, will they refund me that 30 quid or will I just get me money back?

    They told me that they would send a mail to the orders dept and query whats me chances?

    I think with those codes, your basket total has to be over 60 after they have deducted the cost of the cheapest presumably the net cost after the '3rd free' was taken off, was I reckon you might have to return the goods mate

    i think from past when i have bought from littlewoods, they charge you full then refund you the discount

    so you will get 2 entries on you r bank statement

    and to top it off they are crap for refunds, this is why i don't bother using them, too much hassle!

    I had the same thing a couple of days ago although I cancelled my order before any money changed hands. The terms and conditions of the 30 off a 60 spend do state it cannot be used on items that are already discounted, which I read afterwards lol.
