I got rid of them for the same reason. I couldn't get a signal at my old workplace or home. But I was in the 14 days cooling off period so it was nice and simple. Don't think it's possible if you are more than 14 days into the contract.

I am with them and tried cancelling my contact. I still had 12 months to run on my 3rd 18 month contract with them when I lost my job. The only way they would let me cancel was if I paid the outstanding 12 months off in full. I said that I could not afford it and the only thing they would do was put me on the cheapest deal.

My deal is cheap. Only pay £21 for flext 35, 1000mins. Only if they could get a better range of phones.

    Tell me about it.

I want to move to any provider that doesn't use Indian call centers as they do my head in.

Which providers don't use them ?

Never had a problem with T-Mobile myself. Been with them for about a year, and not once encountered a problem.

I'm also with T-Mobile and never had a problem, good thing is also is that when I call I normally go through to a call centre thats either Glasgow or Greenock.

I do get a poor reception in my own house though, but every network does.

I'm on Flext 35 with 50% discount and free Web 'n' Walk. (£17.50 Month, Have two lines - one for me and one for my partner)
