gym at 6pm.
first thing i tried was the rowing machine..500m in 1.50
I did 15 min on the cycle machine
15 min treadmill
1 x12min and 1x6min workout on this arm machine where your basically cycling with your arms
1x20 min and 1x6min on this machine that was like a treadmill, but I was made to sit up-right and cycle.
Sorry for the poor descriptions of the machines
Dinner was Steak (Medium rare) + 2 bags of birds eye fresh veg + peppercorn sauce.
Tomorrow is rest day. Sunday is football
