Great Britain owns the USA?

I know a lot of you guys love to discuss the world and the politics and debate the generally undebateable.
Now for my part, I normally just read the posts and try to understand things a little better.
For those of you who have ever watched "an esoteric agenda" (and if you haven't then I suggest you do) in the credits at the end, reference is drawn to this document:

Quite an interesting read (even though it's written by an American).

Haven't read it yet as I'm at work but validity doesn't matter the slightest, otherwise the americans would observe things like the Geneva Convention.

I read this after watching one of those films that are floating about, about money and credit etc
I can understand some of the historical reference to The King and Queens of The Uk but i can't fathom out how they come to the conclusion that the money goes to the UK or the Queen for that matter, because that being the case, where is it all for one thing
