Whats the worst condition you sent a 360 back to MS

I got a 360 off of ebay about a year ago and it said in the item description would not load games so I bought it took it apart and found out that there was no mobo in the dvd drive. If I sent it to MS for repair saying that it's got RROD do you think they will repair it.

What's the worst condition any of you have sent a 360 back to MS for repair?

I sent one back with a lot of scratches on the casing where it had been opened. They refused to fix it for me the feckers!! depends on who fixes it really.

Entry marks and snapped the clip that holds It place. They repaired it and gave me a new back to the case.

My last one was a cheeky one, I sent back one I had here with a mismatched mobo/drive combo. I took the laser out of the drive and it had no spindle, probaly flashed too Oh and it was in another 360s case which hadn't been registered already. Wanted to see how far I could push them...

Got a new one back though, new case, lite-on drive, the works

I had a snapped faceplate and it came back with a new one

EDIT: Just been on the phone to MS as I would not let me do it on the web site and they wont fix it for free as it's registered to some one else the cunts want £60
