Media Centre and Xbox360

Hey guys,

when trying to connect my 360 via media centre to Windows 7 I can see my extender but it tries to connect to Xbox Live (possibly for updates) but I am banned from Live

Any idea how i can do the update without connecting?

I downloaded the new dashboard to DVD and updated that without live but cant find anything for this update

If your XBox is banned, why not got the whole hog and mod it.

I would. The only reason I dont is because of XBox Live.

if its banned guess it is modded?

Doesnt matter if your box is modded or not to use Windows 7

It is modded but I have updated to NXE though

Does the fix you posted RAP, allow connection to a Windows 7 Media Center or just allow playing DivX on the Xbox?
