Default Graphics cards... Which ones better?

I'm building a PC for my son, moreso for the internet and his schoolwork.

I've got a few bits here, but I'm not sure out of the graphics cards which is the better one.

    One is clearly marked as

    ATI Radeon 9800 Pro 256M

the other being not really well marked with NVidia MS-8851. After a little research turns out to be -

    GeForce3 Titanium G3Ti200 Pro (MS-8851)

Both fit in his motherboard and both work fine. I just need to know which one is the better/newer card? Any suggestions?

    EDIT_
Just found another one marked as a

    NVidia PersonalCinema5200 - VT128

This one has an ariel socket, AND a VGA port. It does look like a TV card, but cant work it out.

Which one is the best one? Kinda guessing the last one at this point...?

And again, the 9800 Pro is the better of the two cards by a very long margin.

So are we all agreed that the 9800 Pro is the better card then...?

Which one would be next - for my daughter's machine!

The Geforce 3 Ti is a few years older (around 2000/01) than the 5200 card. However, in terms of gaming power (i.e.,UT3, Quake3), the G3 is quicker. That said,I'd probably opt for the 5200 card because I doubt that Nvidia still provides driver support for the G3 card.

No they don't, but I still have a range of the 3 series drivers here if the OP needs them.
